Close by are numberous places to visit, including Brownsea Island, Corfe Castle, Durdle door, Lulworth cove, Clouds hill, Monkey World, Bovington tank museum, a short drive away is Moreton village with lovely forest walks, beautiful church and gardens with cafe.
It can be as quite as you like or you can come and enjoy one of the many festivals that is hosted here. Music, comedy, arts to name just a few.
